ЛАУНСБЕРИ (Lounsbury) Флойд Гленн [25.04.1914 — 14.05.1998], амер. майянист, эпиграфист, лингвист и антрополог. Наиболее известен своими работами по лингвистическим и культурным системам различных языков Северной и Южной Америки, а так же — трудами в области эпиграфики майя. Л. был одним из первых сторонников теории Юрия Кнорозова о силлабической системе письма майя и привнес новые методы дешифровки иероглифов. Так же изучал проблемы корреляции календаря майя.
